UMIP joins Central American University Confederation

The University Centroamericana (CSUSA) approved the incorporation of the Panama International Maritime University (UMIP).

The Central American University Higher Council (CSUSA), the highest authority of the Central American University Confederation, approved the incorporation of the Panama International Maritime University (UMIP).

This is the agency of the public university system for integration of the region.

The decision was made by Council members during the Ninety-Fifth (XVC) Regular Session of the body, held recently at the Autonomous University of León, Nicaragua.
