The Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (CCIAP) starts the countdown to EXPOCOMER 2012.
The Chamber of Commerce announced that it is all set for its top event, EXPOCOMER 2012, to be held from March 21 to 24 at the ATLAPA Convention Center.
“EXPOCOMER is more than just a fair of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama. It is the country’s event. The commercial spill that occurs around the show provides business directly and indirectly to the formal and informal economy in many ways,” said Federico Humbert Arias, President of the CCIAP.
“It has been three decades since EXPOCOMER was first performed and In the past 30 years, it has received over 600,000 visitors and there have been transactions made for over $1,800 million with over 300,000 business contacts. We started in 1983 with 140 exhibitors from three countries and the 2011 version exceeded 500 exhibitors from 35 countries,” said Humbert Arias.
Carlos Rodriguez, President of the Organizing Committee for EXPOCOMER 2012, said that 100% of the exhibition area is sold and this version will include 30 countries of America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia attending this great event to offer opportunities to represent lines of food and textiles to technology and heavy equipment that will find buyers who attend the thirtieth version of EXPCOMER
