The first meeting of the Association of Panamanian Cargo Agents. (APAC/was held on May 28 at the Marriott Hotel in Panama City.

During the meeting, the president of APAC, Angel Sanchez, introduced Jorge Posbeyikian, a visitor from Argentina who is the author of the paper “Time is Money.” Posbeyikian, manager of PB and Associates, spoke on software in comprehensive manual labor.

Representatives of the Indonesian Embassy in Panama, Minister Raul Yanvierino and Counsellor Doddie Herado, recently visited the Colon Free Zone to obtain information on commercial activity that takes place in the Panamanian sector as Indonesia also has a free zone.

The Embassy representatives reported that the movements in the Colon Free Zone are more advanced and it is important to their country to know how all this activity would benefit the economy of Indonesia.
