The Colon-to-Cartagena ferry service that was announced in an April edition of The Visitor has not yet commenced. In his address to members of the Panama Chamber of Shipping on taking office, the President of the guild, Willys Delvalle, made some encouraging predictions on Panama as a logistics hub and, at the same time, issued some warnings.
