The Colon-to-Cartagena ferry service that was announced in an April edition of The Visitor has not yet commenced. According to representatives of the ferry, the delay is due to a requirement needed in order to launch the service. The ship, which was announced to be operating overnight transits between the busy Caribbean ports of Panama and Colombia, remains in Europe until the matter is settled. It will take about ten days to make the voyage here.
