Speakers from major food companies, perishable logistics, transport and cold chain infrastructure providers will participate in the Cool Logistics Resources and TOC Events Worldwide at the 12th TOC Container Supply Chain Americas conference and exhibition in Panama from December 4 to 6. Key speakers from the fresh produce sector include post-harvest physiology expert Dr. Eduardo Kerbel, Director of Packaging & Technical Services at Dole Fresh Fruit International, and Manuel Madrid, Managing Director of fresh produce consultancy Fresh Profits. Both will share practical experience and advice on reducing costs and losses through the post-harvest packaging, container transport and storage chain.
