Luncheon held by the Panamanian Association of Cargo Agents (APAC)

On August 16 in Rino’s restaurant The Panamanian Association of Cargo Agents (APAC) held a luncheon. This event sought to create contact between members and state agencies. The keynote speaker was Mr. José Miguel Rovira of the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) who spoke on the subject of “Short Sea Transport and the Panama Maritime Strategy”.
