ACP and UP Agreement to raise debate on Canal

Judges give green light to Corozal

Panama’s Supreme Court has thrown out a motion put forward by Panama Ports Company (PPC) that the tender for the Port of Corozal infringes guarantees set out in the country’s constitution.

ACP Board authorizes go-ahead for Port of Corozal

The Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) approved the statement of requirements and authorized management to continue with the approval process prior to calling the tender for the concession of the port of Corozal with the shortlisted companies.
